The Division is an independent structural unit of PIU and directly subordinated to the Director.
The main objectives of the Division are listed below:
- Undertaking financial functions of the PIU in line with International Agreements, International Accounting Standards, Republic of Armenia legislation and the PIU Charter;
- Participating in preparation of annual (or other periodical) plan budgets of the PIU;
- Ensuring receipt of funds required for implementation of the Programs and further disbursement thereof;
- Undertaking tasks related to implementation of components and sub-components of the PIU Programs;
- Analyzing financial effectiveness of the PIU Programs under implementation.
