The minister assures farmers that agricultural loan subsidizing program will continue under the same conditions. Loans for a total of AMD 99 billion were provided to 119,000 beneficiaries. The lending program will continue, but to increase effectiveness, the ministry will strengthen control starting next year.

The Ministry of Agriculture will establish a machinery park in late May. AMD 700 million was allocated for the pilot program. With the support of the European Union, AMD 10 million will be invested in Armavir and Ararat marzes to established drip irrigation systems.
