RA Prime Minister visited Tavush region
28.07.2016The Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan had a working visit to Tavush Marz. First, the head of the government visited Azatamut community, where he was presented the process of the community kindergarten reconstruction which launched at the beginning of this year. For the implementation of construction work 182 million dram was invested by the fund of Armenian territorial development and 6.5 million dram by the community. Now the works on internal design are being done in the building and the reconstructed kindergarten will be ready to operate up to the end of the year. The prime minister met the local residents as well, got acquainted with their problems and answered the questions that interested them. Then Hovik Abrahamyan paid a visited to Baghanist, where some works were being carried for the reconstruction of drinking water supply system. It was reported that “the PIU of the economic development of rural areas affiliated to the government of the republic of Armenia allocated 263 million dram for the reconstruction of 16 kilometer long system. As a result of the work the problem of the drinking water supply will be solved. The works are in pace of completion. The Prime Minister Abrahamyan departed from Baghanist to the checkpoint “Bagratashen” and met the process of reconstructive works. It was mention that the reconstruction of “Bagratashen” checkpoint’s building, the exterior and interior design and communicative works are finished. It was expected that the final pace of the new-built checkpoint’s constructive works will be brought to an end at the end of august. The new searching-inspecting of equipment will be placed in the new checkpoint. Human intervention will be minimized and the business subjects will be able to cross the checkpoint in a short time to implement the checkpoint crossing in a smooth and fast way. Hovik Abrahamyan gave importance to the creation of modern conditions of border crossing for citizens, the abolition of accumulation, and the provision of high quality services. The head of the government has also been in the Deghdzavan community of the region, followed the process of purveyance. The prime minister was informed that the fruit purveyed at once, and the payments of villagers are done on the spot. In the circle of the visit Hovik Abrahamyan paid a visit to the Sahakyan’s large family, living in Ijevan. The family composed of 6 children was provided with a new apartment by the help of a deputy of National Assembly Hakob Hakobyan elected by the majority system.
